I submitted my PhD thesis on 18th June, 2025, in the Department of English at Gujarat University. My area of research is English language teaching, which specifically focuses on the analysis of morphosyntactic and orthographic errors committed by XII students in designated (09) Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya(s) in Gujarat. I have authored two research papers that have been published in peer-reviewed journals and have presented two additional research papers at international conferences related to my research. I qualified for UGC/NET in English in June 2019.
I possess 23 years of experience in teaching English at various educational institutions, including schools and colleges, throughout the country. I was serving as PGT-English at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Patan, Gujarat, until 30 July, 2024, where I joined on 14 September 2021. I joined Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) on a regular basis as a PGT English, as documented in letter no. F.2-3-4/NVS(PR)/2017-18/1537, dated 19.08.2017. On 2 September 2017, I officially joined JNV, Navsari, after securing the 10th position in an all-India open category selection (written and PI). I am serving as Assistant Professor of English at CIPET: IPT, Ahmedabad (affiliated to GTU) on a part-time basis. I was responsible for mentoring diploma and second-semester engineering students in Communication English II and English for Technical Communication II, respectively.
I have membership in the English Language Teacher Association of India (ELTAI) and attend the webinars conducted by the organisation on a monthly basis. I have attended more than 50 online national and international webinars and conferences, as well as faculty development programs related to my area of research. I employ innovative teaching methods enhanced by AI language learning tools to engage my students.
