I am a dedicated Yoga and meditation instructor with 7 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their physical fitness, mental well-being, flexibility, concentration, and overall quality of life through yoga and meditation practices. I believe that yoga is not just a form of physical exercise but also a way to develop a healthier connection between the body and mind. My goal is to guide students towards a balanced lifestyle by helping them incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their daily routines. I have completed my Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) from Ganpat University in 2009. To further develop my knowledge and expertise in yoga, I completed the Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) and Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) in 2022 from S-VYASA University and Lakulish Yoga University. These certifications have helped me strengthen my understanding of yoga principles, meditation practices, teaching methodologies, and techniques for guiding individuals through different yoga sessions. With 7 years of experience in teaching yoga and meditation, I have had the opportunity to work with students with different fitness levels, abilities, and personal goals. I focus on helping individuals improve their flexibility, strength, balance, posture, breathing techniques, and concentration through regular yoga practice. I also introduce meditation techniques that encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and mental clarity.
