With a strong academic foundation in English Literature (B.A. and M.A.) and nearly 2 years of experience in communication education, I have been actively involved in enhancing English language skills among students. My tenure as an IELTS Trainer at Careermakers Education (June 2023 – January 2024) particularly focused on improving students’ spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall confidence in using the language. I successfully mentored students to achieve high band scores, with one achieving a 7-band score, reflecting the effectiveness of my spoken English training strategies. Currently, as an Assistant Professor of Communication at Ahmedabad Institute of Business Management, I continue to facilitate spoken English through classroom discussions, presentations, group activities, and interactive communication modules for both BBA and MBA students. I have nearly two years of dedicated teaching experience in the field of communication, working with both BBA and MBA students. Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Professor of Communication at Ahmedabad Institute of Business Management, where I teach core subjects related to communication and business correspondence. I am also the co-author of two reference books aligned with the Gujarat Technological University (GTU) BBA curriculum, reflecting my contribution to academic content development in communication. Previously, I worked as an IELTS Trainer at Careermakers Education, where I provided focused training in English language proficiency and test strategies. I successfully mentored students to achieve competitive scores, including a 7-band score, demonstrating my ability to enhance speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. My role as a Teaching Assistant in the Foundation Programme (Democracy & Justice Studio) at Ahmedabad University further allowed me to apply interactive and interdisciplinary teaching methods, strengthening my facilitation and student engagement techniques. With nearly two years of teaching experience, I currently serve as an Assistant Professor of Communication at Ahmedabad Institute of Business Management, where I engage BBA and MBA students in enhancing their interpersonal and communication skills—both of which are foundational to personality development. My role extends beyond classroom teaching. As a member of the Training & Placement Committee, I regularly work with students on refining their professional behavior, grooming, confidence-building, resume writing, interview preparation, and overall personality enhancement to prepare them for industry expectations. I also serve as the Cultural Co-ordinator, where I lead large-scale events and student interactions—offering students real-life opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork, time management, and public speaking abilities. Additionally, my experience as an IELTS Trainer at Careermakers Education helped me coach students on fluency, clarity, and self-expression—key components of confident personality presentation.
