I am a certified Yoga Teacher with over 6 years of experience in health and wellness, specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, and Acro Yoga. I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and multiple certifications including YTTC, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pranic Healing.

I have trained 100+ students in teacher training programs, conducted international workshops, and delivered both in-person and virtual sessions for learners across the globe. My expertise lies in designing customized yoga and wellness programs that focus on holistic health, stress management, and weight management.

I have worked with reputed yoga centers such as Gyanish Fitness Pvt Ltd (Ahmedabad), Hariom Yogshala (Rishikesh), and S.P.D Yoga Centre (Dehradun), where I introduced innovative yoga styles and helped improve client retention and satisfaction.

My teaching combines traditional Indian yoga practices with modern approaches, making learning engaging, result-oriented, and adaptable for students of all levels.
