How to become successful teacher? my opinion it includes many factors 1. Communication with students 2. Command on subject 3. Teacher should come at the level of the students so that each and every student should understand the concept. 4. A good bond with students etc. Art education is different from art therapy. But they can be used together. Art can be used in therapy - hence the synergy. For example, art is used in research where participants or patients are asked to draw a drawing which can be used as a tool to cure them! When they draw, they are led to express themselves! Later they can speak about things/issues through the drawing which they may never speak about without that drawing! Teaching is not a solo activity because it involves the participation of students and the support of colleagues. In this era of interdisciplinary approach teacher collaboration has gained much importance for professional development.
