I’m Cheshta. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have competed at the national level, including representing in Khelo India. I specialize in advanced yoga and have trained students who have won medals at the district level.

My approach to yoga goes beyond just physical postures. I focus on aligning the body, breath, and emotions together to create deeper awareness and bring out the best results. Along with this, I also guide people through meditation to help relieve stress, improve mental clarity, and achieve overall well-being.

I’m especially passionate about working with children and helping them build flexibility, discipline, and confidence through a mindful and holistic approach to yoga. I would love to share these skills with anyone who needs them, whether through online sessions or by offering personalized training at home.
