Explain the importance of 'Radio and Television' as an effective means of mass.

Mass communication is ensured by reaching to a large number of people. Radio and Television are used by both rural and urban area. They can be used by literate as well as illiterate people. Thus, they are quite effective in spreading information to mass public in a very short time.

The party which is active in only some regions or states is called a regional party. A party should have minimum 2 seats in the legislative assembly and minimum 6% votes to be called a state party.
