I have over 15 years of teaching and academic administration experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Currently, I am serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department (Mechanical Engineering) at Eshan College of Engineering, Farah, Mathura, where I have been working since August 2016. In this role, I teach undergraduate engineering students, mentor academic and industry projects, guide students for technical competitions, and actively contribute to curriculum planning, departmental administration, and placement-related activities. Before joining Eshan College, I worked as a Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department (Polytechnic) at GLA University, Mathura from January 2015 to August 2015, where I taught diploma students and conducted practical and laboratory sessions. Earlier, I served as a Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department at K.P. Engineering College, Agra, from August 2011 to December 2014, where I was responsible for teaching engineering subjects, supervising laboratories, and mentoring student projects. In addition to classroom teaching, I have actively contributed to institutional development by serving as a Core Team Member for NAAC Accreditation, conducting guest lectures, coordinating conferences, managing examination activities, serving as a sports coordinator, supervising student projects, and participating in faculty development programs organized by AICTE. I have also published research papers in reputed journals and qualified the GATE examination.
