My training has covered diverse areas of counselling, including mental health support, career guidance, student counselling, stress and anxiety management, and personal development. I have provided counselling sessions in both Hindi and English for students, teenagers, and adults, helping them overcome challenges related to mental well-being, academic pressure, relationship issues, and personal growth. My approach combines empathetic listening, evidence-based psychological techniques, and practical strategies to empower individuals in managing life challenges effectively.
