language cannot be learned it is to be understood.For Vocabulary one word a day use it in your daily talks and for grammar one hour a day is maximum.understand the concept and use it.

At first u should try to speak and write in English and try to understand tha basics at first. Language should be acquired rather than learned. And it completely depends on you how much time you want to give to understand the concepts.
