Most of these tongue twisters are difficult to say more than two or three times in a row and there are more chances to make a mistake when you say it quickly. However this statement means that you witnessed in your past (Saw is referred to past ) a cutting tool (Saw is a steel blade used to cut wood) which was not able to deliver the result (saw - not able to cut the wood). read less
