These are meant for fun and are created to teach /help people learn how to pronounce letters that are hard to pronounce and need concentration. Most of these tongue twisters are difficult to say more than two or three times in a row and there are more chances to make a mistake when you say it quickly. However this statement means that you witnessed in your past (Saw is referred to past ) a cutting tool (Saw is a steel blade used to cut wood) which was not able to deliver the result (saw - not able to cut the wood). read less
