Water is unusual in that its maximum density occurs as a liquid, rather than as a solid. This means ice floats on water. Density is the mass per unit volume of a material. For all substances, density changes with temperature. The mass of material does not change, but the volume or space that it occupies either increases or decreases with temperature. The vibration of molecules increases as temperature rises and they absorb more energy. For most substances, this increases the space between molecules, making warmer liquids less dense than cooler solids. However, this effect is offset in water by hydrogen bonding. In liquid water, hydrogen bonds connect each water molecule to approximately 3.4 other water molecules. When water freezes into ice, it crystallizes into a rigid lattice that increases the space between molecules, with each molecule hydrogen bonded to 4 other molecules. «less

If you want to learn Japanese for study/business purpose and in short time then you need proper education from tutor in Initial Stage as you are learning completely different language from your knowledge and will have different concepts which are confusing when you start learning. If not, it is easy to lose interest and adapting not suitable study method, which makes learning difficult in higher levels.
So, you need a proper tutor, even from online as long as it is convenient for your education, who introduces you to a brand new world of language, showing the path which need to take. «less

Hi Ramakanth ,Thanks for getting in touch. Since you are learning the language for the first time it is always better to get your foundation strong and I hence recommend regular classes if you wish to pass the Jlpt N5 in the first attempt. I can help connect you with teachers if I understand your requirement a little more.Thanks.

Dear Ratika,
Other accent apart from our mother tongue, practice and time is required.
The more you spend time to practice, the more similar accents you will get.

Read and learn from how they speak. Accent comes from understanding of vocals. Notice pronunciation of each word and and emphasis they put on each vocal sound while speaking. You can use any TV series or can befriend people from their time zone. Time required will depend on your adaptation skills.

Yes, actually French culture and French people are very sophisticated and one must be polite while dealing with French. So, while you are learning French, you have to learn it with it's culture and limitations for example selection of words is very important. One can not just translate his thoughts in French because that's not gonna work.

Most important is regular reading and writing for Hindi language. Minimum 3 months take to learn (talk) Hindi.

Aditi replied | 07/12/2016

Both are important but in my view you will learn very quick by TV but should have basic knowledge of that language.
But if you will read a book of any language you would have much time to practice you can take the help of dictionary while reading book but not at the time of watching TV.

If that is correct, and the student understands the meaning, great, however, you must correct every misread word because you and I both know that a simple mispronunciation can change the meaning of the entire sentence, in French. Please be gentle but correct all. It will only improve the student's grasp of the language, it will not hurt the student ability to make sense of the language. Because he you don't do this, then main objective of teaching is just half done since in future he will again misread those words which will create problems for your student & a teacher doesn't want that. Right ?
Do analysis about what words if misreads, how many words & rectify it as a friend come tutor manner so that he/ she properly understand the difference b\w those words that sounds similar but are not in actual. «less

Student literacy improves by reading good books - be it fiction or literature and by listening to some wonderful speeches of great men which simultaneously improves content knowledge and literacy. For school children or adults, my advice would be to read a book without halting to check on the meaning of any difficult word. Underline these words and look for their meanings and then re-read if you have not understood the context. On most occasions, an overall understanding is achieved in the first reading which is fine-tuned when you read understanding the difficult words. Later, one should try to utilize this vocabulary so that the words are not forgotten. «less
