Hello, I am Aditi Rajesh Nimodiya, and I'm excited to share my journey with you. I recently completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from JDIET, Yavatmal, where I cultivated a strong foundation in problem-solving and management skills.
My practical experience includes roles as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at HCL Technologies and an Associate Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. These experiences were pivotal in shaping my technical expertise and allowed me to apply my classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
One of my passions is continuous learning, which is why I actively seek opportunities to expand my knowledge base. I have engaged in courses such as C, Python, and Web Development at NICE Education, Yavatmal, and completed a one-month online internship in Research Training by MSME – Technology Development Center. Additionally, I have earned the TCS iON Carrer Edge – Young Professional certification, which reflects my commitment to personal and professional growth.
Beyond academics and work, I am deeply involved in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. I have published 15 research papers in international journals, participated in workshops on startup entrepreneurship, and held various leadership positions within college organizations such as NSS Group, Lagori Student Coordinator, and Treasurer at PACE Club, among others. These experiences have not only enriched my skill set but have also instilled in me a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new technologies, listening to music, and discovering new places. I also have a passion for chess and have represented my institute in chess tournaments, showcasing my strategic thinking and competitive spirit.
I believe that my blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and passion for continuous learning makes me a valuable asset to any organization.
