I am a tutor with 1 year of experience. My teaching mantra is simple: ' Understand, don't just remember'.I have done my B. Tech in KITS college, E.E.E. Coming to my tutoring experience, I've taught 6th, 4th and an Intermediate student class students Maths. As a tutor, I always made sure I gave my utmost attention to my students and for that, I never tutored more than 2 students at a time. If I had more than that, I would not be able to concentrate on every student and aid their progress properly, I am that particular and that is my strength as a teacher. I never mind explaining the same topic as many times as the student wants, I always keep questioning the student to see if they understood. I always explain fundamentals first and only then proceed, teaching any other way is wrong according to me. I make sure I give my students 5-minute breaks in between when they feel stuck, I don't believe in exhausting them. Fortunately, my students have improved their grades from C's to B's and my other Intermediate student cleared his supplementary exam of Maths-B with my help and also of course his effort.
