Is it possible for me to learn music irrespective of age/voice quality?

Yes. Ofcourse! There is no age to learn an art form. Especially music. Voice quality is somewhat important for learning vocal music, but it can definitely be improved with riyaz/practice and good guidance from your guru.

Yes. Age is not the criteria...But interest to learn and dedication towards practice is what matters. Voice quality....yes it does matter for light music and devotional music but for classical.....it does not matter much....it is the proficiency that matters.

Please tell me it is possible to folllow time theory in present music education and don't u think by this theory we losses some melodious raagas also.
All ragas are melodious, as you say. While teaching, especially in music institutions, time theory of raga should be put aside for some time, or else one will never be able to complete the syllabus! Classes...
