There is no end for learning process. Our indian classical music is like a ocean. To learn or to understand it to some extent we need atleast 2 to 3 yrs. It depends on individuals also

It depends from person to person. Various factors are to be considered like inherent talent, passion towards music, hours spent for practicing , curiosity to learn, dedication towards music etc. Roughly for a beginner atleast 1 and half years is necessary if they go for 2 classes per week

There is no time limit ,any one can learn Indian Classical throughout his/her life , but you can expirience positive growth in your singing which is depending on your practice and ability to understand this. To learn the basics it may take minimum of 2/3 years.
