If YOU made the original song you are fine.If it is someone else’s creation you can not post it publicly.IN PRIVAT USE - you can do anything and millions do it. You can strip and add and do anything - in private! But If it gets leaked out somehow… there may be liability

That’s not an “original MP3 track”. You cannot use someone else’s content without permission. Doing so is illegal copyright infringement. Look, sampling as little as three notes isn’t legal and never fits a “fair use” defense. So I don’t see how you could be distributing the instrumental and imagining that this is legal. You need permission. read less
