"We are not satisfied with the teaching methodology followed in the class. Students are expected to complete notes of whatever was done during class at home (not during class hours). Even on requesting to take running notes during class, she was denied saying it would waste a lot of time in class. Numericals were also to be done by herself at home, with no problem-solving practice done during class hours. On asking he said answers are anyways there so no need to lose class time. This approach was not suitable for my daughter’s learning needs. Also for the beginning few classes he kept joining late. Not just 5 minutes but ranging from 15-30 minutes. After that he'll take class for allotted time but those 30 minutes of waiting were a waste of time only. We had to call him 3-4 times till he finally started joining only 10 mins late. He gave reasons like internet, he was outside, (once did not even give a proper reason)...but how many times? The lack of in-class practice and note-taking support made the sessions less effective for us. We had paid the full fees, but my daughter attended only a few classes but was very dissatisfied, so we decided to discontinue. Also, he kept requesting reviews from the very beginning which felt uncomfortable. Based on our experience, we feel the classes were not worth the time and money invested. Better to go for group classes at this point. There will at least be some accountability. Kindly help us with a review of the fees paid, as my daughter has attended very few classes. We hope you will understand our concern and consider our request. "

Ok, you can discontinue. But do not blame me for everything. Whatever I did was successful for other students, not for your daughter. I asked her to do problems on her own to develop her skills. Problems are important. But we have to allot more time for theory to understand the concept. If the concept is understood, problems can be solved easily. I asked her to do ncert end-of-chapter exercises first and additional problems at the end of the chapter. If I follow your methodologies, I will complete the syllabus after. Class 12 exams. If enough coaching is not available in one-to-one, how can you expect better coaching in group classes, where the teaching goes according to the group? You want fewer fees and more coaching. Hence, you wanted group classes. ok, then go for group classes and see the result, and then you can judge me. I never wasted any time on you. I continued classes in spite of being outside in a different location, where the internet is unstable. So I am accountable for my job. asking for a review is not a single, I have 347 reviews, even if you don't give, that doesn't matter. Try to understand the teachers; do not blame me unnecessarily. Regarding the payment issues, you have to contact urbanpro. Do not contact me in future for any coaching classes, because you do not understand teachers properly.
