I'm Dr. Vasudha Kommu, a dedicated and passionate dental professional. I'm currently an Assistant Professor and Consultant Prosthodontist, blending clinical excellence with academic distinction. I earned my Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics with the University's highest percentage in 2022 from GITAM Dental College and Hospital, where I also secured the College's second-highest in my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2016.
I'm recognized for pioneering research, award-winning presentations, and a strong commitment to advancing dental education. I've presented papers at numerous conferences, including the International Oral Cancer Conference (February 2025) and the 52nd IPS National Conference (November 2024). I'm also a peer reviewer for publications like the International Dental Journal of Students Research.
My professional experience includes meticulously crafting and delivering engaging lectures, overseeing clinical and laboratory work, and actively participating in research initiatives. As a Consultant Prosthodontist, I provide personalized and patient-centric care, encompassing the design and fabrication of prosthetic appliances. I've received multiple "Best Paper Presentation" awards, including at the 41st IDA State Dental Conference in 2022 and the 22nd IPS National PG Convention in 2020. I also achieved the NTR University First Rank in the MDS (Prosthodontics) examination in May 2022.
