Uma Maheswari

My name Uma Maheswari, a private school primary teacher from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I have done MA from Andhra University and have total 12 years of teaching experience in both CBSE and State schools. The 12 years experience has taught me how to deal with children and how to increase their interest and enthusiasm in academics. Children learn by doing. In the 21st century, in education, we need to develop the creative and critical thinking of the child which they can do only by doing the task given to them on their own. This mantra which we have learnt in our school and implemented, had given us the good results of improvement in the child's behaviour as well as we could see the zeal of learning in the child. This practice has made me the BEST TEACHER AWARDEE.
