I have completed my master's in pharmacy( organic chemistry) and master's in arts ( public administration).
I believe teaching style depends upon the student learning style. At the end of the program, success for a teacher is to make a student independent in learning, more driven towards their work.
I will plan my teaching methodology based upon student requirements in a particular topic like lecture method, discussion method, and brainstorming.
Results play a huge part in motivating students for future studies. Therefore, verifying mistakes, planning for further enhancement of work is a must. Proper care will be taken in this area.
