how much should I charge for a 5 year old for all subjects

You should decide the charge based on the teaching hours per week. You can charge upto 240 Rs/hr. So calculate your work hours and decide the charge. Teaching of a 5 year old student requires lot of patience so you can charge some high amount per hour.
