I am the best youngest, fitness and most good looking, fun loving (Why Not?!!!!) and most energetic fitness instructor in Virar. I am helping improve fitness and alleviating physical pain and disorders with help of our Zumba Fitness. Most people cannot spare time for a regular workout schedule because of lack of time, work pressure, family commitments, long distance job etc. Most people have poor dietary habits and rarely exercise. They came home exhausted, wanting nothing more than fast food and a T V before going to sleep and then going it all over again the next day. The result is that back pain, obesity, high b p, diabetes, anxiety, stress related problem and it is affecting their whole day.
Let’s accept the fact that if exercising were simple and easy most of us would be doing it. We believed that an exercise schedule must be able to comfortably into a person’s daily routine.
