The C language constitutes what are known as higher-level languages. These languages have a syntax that is easy to understand compared to machine language or assembly. C is still very popular in embedded systems programming and operating systems because of its flexibility and versatility, that enable maximum control with minimal commands. It is easy to learn, and one can find many tutorials, free MOOC courses, and apps online for the same. Currently, in the era of machine learning, two programming languages, which are very popular and should be learnt, are Python and R.
