I am a certified fitness personal trainer for about 5 years now. I conduct in-home and online fitness training sessions along with crash courses on nutrition in order to assist with meal planning for your fitness journey. I have done my degree in BBA with Human Resources, I am currently a freelance artist and personal trainer. My accomplishments include:
1. Fitness personal training for over 20 clients including Nutrition plans

3. Choreography in the Bollywood industry
4. Working with big and prominent names in the country
5. 16+ years of dancing experience
6. Personal training batch for movement and choreography training to help build your freestyle and find your ground as a mover
7. Over the years, teaching and working with different age groups ranging from as young as 5 years to as much as 70 years - has gifted me with patience, understanding of different client's needs, catering individually to each requirement, time management, respect and personal growth
I hope to share my knowledge with my clients with regard to fitness, nutrition and dance and movement training as its a key aspect to an artist's lifestyle.
