Yes, I agree with the points what all my friends referred to. But, Every stage is always a new stage and it will be a fear always because you might not face the same crowd repeatedly. So fear is always there whether you prepared or not prepared. it is a natural tendency and mind set (chemical reactions) which triggers your brains when you look at crowd in-front of you and it happens for only a moment(for few seconds) and goes off.
