I am a dedicated academician with a Ph.D. in Management, UGC-NET (Commerce) qualification, and nearly five years of teaching experience across reputed institutions in Jammu, Punjab, and Rajasthan. My expertise lies in Commerce, Management, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Finance, and Entrepreneurship, where I combine strong theoretical foundations with practical, real-world applications.

Over the years, I have guided undergraduate and postgraduate students with a student-centric teaching approach that emphasizes critical thinking, interactive learning, and career-oriented mentorship. My research interests include consumer behaviour, financial literacy, e-commerce, and digital transformation, with several publications and conference presentations to my credit.
