I am working as Social Science Teacher at SLATE, the school. my educational background is MBA, CA(Inter). Though I am working as Social teacher, I can teach any subject, 11th standard onwards I can teach Economics, Accounts and Commerce.

I believe in conceptual learning rather than rote memorization and I encourage them to build analytical skills and problem solving skulls . I focus on engaging students through real time experience and technology. This approach makes them learn the things with relatability as this encourages critical thinking and active participation.

In 12 years experience I almost had a positive feedback from the students as well as Parents. It is mainly bedside I am following tailoring methods to fir diverse abilities. Whenever I teach a topic, I research on the same with different kinds of sources. What I personally feel is Just textbook reading and teaching from the text book doesn't help any day.

My personal philosophy is Synergy which is collaboration of teachers and parents to enhance the holistic future of students.
And always believe in 360% evaluation of student altogether.
