IdentityI have some experience in teaching and tutoring students when I worked in Engineering college. I was 8 years there and established a very good working relationship with the staff, as well as with the students.
I take a friendly approach to teaching, believing that my students simply equal those who have yet to gain the knowledge I can impart to them. I find this approach helps to break traditional “them” and “us” type barriers between students and their tutors.
I also feel that the students gain more as a result of using this approach, not to mention the satisfaction that the teacher can also gain. I was highly thought of in my previous post, and I know I can repeat my standard of professionalism at your institute.
