Karan Avadhesh Sharma

I am a passionate Indian classical vocalist and music educator with over 5 years of training in Hindustani classical music. I have been learning under the guidance of respected gurus and am currently pursuing Sangeet Visharad from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.

My background includes:

🎤 Vocal Training Since 2019 in Hindustani classical music.

🎹 Proficient in harmonium playing and understanding of raag system, taan, alankaar, and bhajan, semi-classical styles.

📚 Currently pursuing Sangeet Visharad, which gives me a strong theoretical and practical base.

🎶 Performed in various small events, satsangs, and online platforms.

🧑‍🏫 Have started informal teaching to beginners and peers, helping them understand sur, taal, and raag concepts.


My teaching approach is:

Beginner-friendly and focuses on building strong foundation in sur, taal, voice control, and raag presentation.

Emphasis on practice (riyaz), ear training, and natural expression in music.

I also use simple recording tools, tanpura apps, and digital platforms to make learning easier and engaging.
