Ashwary Ashesh Pandey

I teach Banking, Finance, and Business Analytics, primarily for B.Com students, and I bring with me more than 25 years of professional experience in the banking sector. My teaching approach combines academic knowledge with practical industry exposure so that students can understand not only theoretical concepts but also how these concepts work in real-world banking and financial environments. I am passionate about helping students build strong foundations and develop the confidence required for successful careers in banking and finance.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree along with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). In addition, I am UGC-NET qualified, which has further strengthened my academic understanding of finance, banking operations, and management concepts. My educational background, combined with extensive corporate experience, allows me to provide students with both conceptual clarity and practical insights into the industry.

During my professional career, I worked as a Regional Head in a bank and gained deep experience in banking operations, financial management, customer relationship management, leadership, and strategic planning. These years of hands-on experience have given me valuable knowledge about the functioning of financial systems, investment practices, and the practical challenges faced in the banking sector. I believe that sharing real-world experiences helps students understand subjects in a much more meaningful and application-oriented manner.

Apart from my corporate career, I also have teaching experience in a training institute where I guided students preparing for banking examinations and professional opportunities in the financial sector. Over the years, I have helped learners understand core banking concepts, financial principles, and exam preparation strategies in a structured and simplified way. I enjoy mentoring students and supporting them in achieving both academic and professional success.

I have received several awards and recognitions during my banking career for my performance and contributions across different roles. In addition, I was honoured with the “Best Teacher Award” during my tenure at the training institute where I taught banking aspirants. These achievements have motivated me to continue sharing my knowledge and experience with students who wish to build successful careers in banking, finance, and investments.

My teaching methodology is flexible and depends on the learner’s requirements, goals, and academic level. I follow a structured lesson plan and design sessions according to whether the student is a beginner or an advanced learner. My classes are interactive, practical-oriented, and focused on real-world applications. I use examples, case studies, and scenarios from my own banking experience to help students understand concepts in a simple and effective manner. I also conduct regular assessments and discussions to track progress and improve learning outcomes.

I offer both online and offline classes, ensuring flexibility and convenience for students from different backgrounds. My aim is to make Banking, Finance, and Business Analytics easy to understand, practical, and career-oriented. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students gain conceptual clarity, industry knowledge, and the confidence to apply what they learn in academics, competitive exams, and professional careers.
