Over the past three years as a teacher, I've had the privilege of working with diverse groups of students, each with unique strengths, learning styles, and challenges. This journey has been both deeply rewarding and continuously enlightening.
1. Learning Never Stops—for the Teacher Too
When I first stepped into the classroom, I thought my role was to deliver content and ensure students understood it. I quickly realized that teaching is as much about learning as it is about teaching. Every day brought new questions, unexpected classroom dynamics, and opportunities to adapt and improve. I learned to be flexible, to embrace different teaching strategies, and most importantly, to listen to my students.
