I believe that students want their teachers to be dedicated, approachable,and resourceful. If students know you're working hard and want to support them as they learn, they're more likely to succeed. In the process of learning the teacher learns alongwith the students. And this chain of knowledge helps the behavioral modification. For this reason, I keep an open door policy at all times and strive to build rapport with each student.

I Shreya Dutta, currently pursuing PHD in French literature from Pondicherry University, an institute of repute. Being in PHD, I have taken a lot of French courses as the part of our curriculum. I have professional teaching experience of 3 years.

Apart from study I would like to keep myself updated with current affairs. Gardening, travelling and reading novels are a few of my favourite pass time.
