I have been practicing Yoga for many years and have completed online yoga practice/training associated with Baba Ramdev's yoga programs. My approach combines yoga, exercise, lifestyle guidance, and practical wellness habits to help individuals work toward a healthier and more active life.

I have also completed Computer Engineering in Hardware & Software, which has given me a strong technical background.
