I am an experienced professional and passionate educator with 19+ years of corporate experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, Operations, Client Management, Operations and Data Analysis . I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an MBA with specialization in Marketing and IT & Systems Management.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked with leading organizations across India and Middle East and have managed teams, trained and mentored professionals, handled learning programs, created executive presentations and reports, and worked extensively with Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis.
My interest in teaching comes from both my professional experience and my involvement in academics at home. My daughter is currently studying in Class 8, and I actively guide her in Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Computer Studies. This keeps me closely connected with middle-school concepts, assignments, examination preparation and the areas where students commonly require additional explanation and practice.
For school students, particularly Classes 4–8, I focus on building strong fundamentals and conceptual clarity in Mathematics, Science, Social Science and Computer Studies for CBSE board. I use step-by-step explanations, real-life examples and practice-based learning rather than encouraging rote memorization. My teaching approach is practical, structured and easy to understand. I believe that simply memorizing concepts is not enough—students should understand why something works and how to apply it. I therefore use real-life examples, step-by-step explanations, practice exercises and interactive discussions while teaching.
