I am a Chemical Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on industrial experience across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Polymers, EPC consulting, and Process Engineering projects. My career spans core plant operations, commissioning, brownfield & greenfield projects, and detailed process design, giving me a strong practical perspective that most academic-only teaching lacks.
I have worked with reputed organizations such as Reliance Industries, ONGC Petro Additions (OPaL), L&T Technology Services, and WSP India, contributing to real-world engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, mass & energy balances, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and process safety reviews. I have been directly involved in LLDPE/HDPE plant operations, delayed coking units, revamp projects, and groundwater treatment & industrial utility systems.
One key gap I observed during my career—and personally experienced as a student—is the disconnect between classroom theory and industrial application. Engineers often know formulas but struggle to apply them in actual process design, troubleshooting, or interviews. My teaching focuses on bridging this gap.
