I’m Sandya Jalesh Kumar, pursuing my B. Tech. in Information Technology, specializing in Cybersecurity. I am also pursuing my Minors in Artificial Intelligence. I’m a student of the batch 2018–2022. The university provides us with immense opportunities for overall growth and development of individuals. With so many workshops being conducted regularly on campus, I was able to master the art of networking and enhance my technical and communication skills. Because of the exposure gained, I was able to get selected as Google Developer Student Clubs’ Lead in which my responsibilities included leading students to grow as developers, brainstorming about probable project ideas, and institute-level open-source initiatives, etc. Also, I’m the community manager of the Kruptos Security Club in which I organize, manage, and host hackathons, workshops, seminars.
I have received the certificate of Proficiency for securing 1st rank out of 82 students in the examination and the certificate of merit for outstanding performance in co-curricular activities from the university. Furthermore, I have received IET Leadership Award 2020 - Network Level from The Institution of Engineering and Technology. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the professors for guiding me from start of my research to being able to present it in the national level conference - National Web Conference on Challenges and Innovations in Engineering and Technology and Online International Conference - “Life Sciences: Acceptance Of the new normal”. Cherry on the cake is our placement cell who work tirelessly making sure each student is tied up with a job of their choice and an opportunity to flourish every after. With the help of this placement cell, I secured internship in Shell Business Operations as a Data Science intern. Currently, working as a technical intern at Mphasis.
