Jadhav Ramesh

Hello, my name is Ramesh Jadhav. I completed my B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from IIT Madras in 2024.

I have around 1.5 years of professional experience working as a CRM Administrator. I worked with Bitwise Academy in India and more recently with Kanak Capital Markets in Dubai. In both roles, I supported the sales and marketing teams by managing customer data, tracking leads, responding to client emails, and helping with billing and team coordination.

I also worked with tools like Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and Power BI to create dashboards and reports. These reports helped teams understand customer needs and improve business performance.

Earlier in my career, I also led a small team during an internship as a Frontend Web Developer, where I focused on improving user experience on web pages.

In addition to my technical background, I have a strong interest in teaching. Since I studied at IIT Madras, I have a deep understanding of Maths and English, and I truly enjoy helping others learn these subjects. I'm confident in my ability to explain difficult topics in a simple and clear way.

I also completed a Microsoft Excel course on Udemy and English language training from the British Council, which improved my presentation, writing, and communication skills.

Now, I’m looking for a role in a teaching or education-based company, where I can combine my skills in CRM, data, and communication, along with my passion for Maths and English, to help students learn and grow. I’m a fast learner, hardworking, and always ready to take on new challenges.
