Extensive use of shell utilities like pushd/popd/getopts/shopts etc. 5. Information about rc files and runlevels, file systems, users and groups. 6. Syntax differences between bash and ksh usage. Irrespective of the flavor of Unix you are working with, it will either have bash or ksh as the shell in which you are supposed to program. read less
