I am an experienced Business Educator who teaches Business, Accounting, Finance and Economics across GCSE, A-Level, BTEC, CTEC and T-Level courses. I have supported students from Year 10 to Year 13 in both schools and colleges, and have taught across major exam boards such as Edexcel, AQA, OCR and WJEC. I understand the key areas students often struggle with: breaking down complex content, understanding business terminology, handling calculations, applying theory to the question, and knowing how to structure answers for both short- and long-answer questions. Many learners also find it difficult to interpret command words, link their points to the context, and write clear analysis and evaluation. I focus on solving these problems through simple explanations, step-by-step guidance and practical frameworks that students can use straight away. I am known for taking complicated ideas and turning them into small, easy-to-understand steps. My teaching style is calm, supportive and personalised, allowing students to build confidence at their own pace. Learners value my clarity, patience and ability to turn difficult topics into something they finally "get."

During my Master's in Education Leadership and Management at the University of Huddersfield, I developed a strong understanding of how students learn and how to create effective learning environments. I studied leadership, planning, research skills and how to improve teaching practice, which strengthened my ability to guide learners with different needs and abilities. My goal is simple: to help every student feel confident, make real progress and achieve top grades. I give learners the knowledge, techniques and structure they need to succeed in Business, Economics, Accounting and Finance.
