Ipek Kaya

I’m a certified Pilates Instructor and former professional athlete with a lifelong passion for movement and body awareness.
I started playing handball at the age of 8 and continued for 10 years, becoming a professional player at 18. At 19, I transitioned into the Pilates field and have been teaching ever since.
I graduated from the Faculty of Sports Sciences, where I received education in Functional Training, Athletics, Tennis, Sports Massage, and Scoliosis (Postural Correction) Training.
I also hold internationally recognized certifications from the Australian Sports Institute in Fitness Academy and Pilates Instruction.
I offer both online and in-person Pilates sessions, helping clients improve posture, strength, flexibility, and spinal alignment through personalised programs designed for every fitness level.
