As a dedicated and passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 7 years of experience, I am excited to bring my expertise to your esteemed organization. My background combines a solid academic foundation, national-level athletic achievements, and hands-on coaching success across diverse age groups and populations.

In my recent role as the S&C coach for the Indian Roll Ball Junior National Team, I had the privilege to lead both boys and girls to remarkable gold medal victories at the Junior World Cup. Additionally, as the Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Junior Hockey State League, my team secured a bronze medal under my training program. These experiences have honed my skills in designing season-based training plans, injury prevention strategies, and performance assessments tailored to elite athletes.

Beyond elite sports, I have extensive experience working with women’s fitness, youth athletes, kids and toddlers gymnastics, geriatric clients, and special populations.
