I, Marjana Mukherjee, an erudite academician with 12+ years of total experience in
inculcating a passion for learning, creating multi-cultural awareness through teaching the fundamentals of Soft Skills and English Language to students. Currently I am an Assistant Professor in Amity University, Mohali, Punjab. Over my career, I have taught students Business Communication belonging to various streams starting from Humanities, Engineering, Mass Communication, BBA, MBA and so on. I do possess demonstrated skills in all areas of education, can teach, motivate and direct students while maintaining high interest and achievement levels in a fun and challenging learning environment. I have been able to accomplish myself as a mentor with sound track-record of creative scholastic achievements; demonstrated expertise in planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring all types of academic activities for the overall development personality of students. I have demonstrated a strong talent to develop and implement creative curriculum that reaches every student’s learning style and ability, empowering students to succeed and realize their individual goals. I have hands-on experience of taking very effective and impactful virtual training on Life Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development and Communicative English trainer on various platforms like Google meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I have trained more than 1000 students to prepare them for virtual interviews and made them job ready. I have also completed a course on “Business Communications” from University of British Columbia (Online) in the month of January, 2020 with a grade of 84%.
