Having a Humorous mindset gives a pleasurable twist to an otherwise mundane life. It helps you to not overthink issues and dosent drain you out. You will be able to enjoy small achievements and look over small failures as stepping stones. You alos build a magnetic persona and attract like minded people. At the end of the day that is what matters isn't it?

Most Companies who focus on Development of their employees work with KPI's (Key Perfomance Indicators). They lay down their expectations and review your achievements against those said parameters either quarterly, Half yearly & Annually. Basis on your feedback from peers and supervisors your Boss will lay out a few areas of opportunity and set a path for you to develop the said skills in a timebound manner.
eg. After a certain period is covered in an organisation, you might be give New interns as subordinates. This to to develop your leadership skills even further

It depends on how influenced you are by Social Media.
Its a great tool to Learn and develop new skills. eg.Constantly listening to or watching your favourite influencer will result in you slowly imbibing their knowledge and mimicking their stlye, way of talking , Body Language etc.
On the reverse side, you might also get drained and overinvolved in issues that might not be of priority. Or rather you might involve yourself with issues that might do more harm than good.
Choosing wisely is where your personality is at test.
