I am Roudha Rizwan, a passionate and dedicated Psychology student currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Psychology, with a genuine interest in teaching and working with students. I believe that being a good teacher is not only about explaining lessons but also about understanding, encouraging, and supporting every student according to their individual needs and learning pace. I consider communication, patience, empathy, active listening, responsibility, and adaptability to be some of my key strengths. My background in Psychology has helped me develop a better understanding of human behaviour, emotions, learning, and individual differences, which I believe can help me connect with students and create a comfortable and positive learning environment. I am confident in communicating with students, explaining concepts in a simple and understandable way, and encouraging them to ask questions and express themselves freely. I am also creative, willing to learn, and always open to improving my teaching methods. My goal as a teacher is to make learning engaging and meaningful while helping students build not only their knowledge but also their confidence, curiosity, and overall growth
