I have been practising meditation for last 9 years and teaching since 2018 . I hold expertise my in stress management and memory re-consolidation to heal childhood trauma with the help to grounding through meditation.
I also hold my command in law of attraction and provide step by step guide to my students including visualisation, scripting and affirmation.
Meditation is the tool to heal from innermost demons and become the best version of yourself who can not only protect oneself but also his family by not passing down the trauma and stress .
