Dr. Ranu Nagori is a Ph.D. in Management, UGC-NET qualified, MBA (Technology) gold
medalist and B.Tech. with more than a decade of experience across corporate, academia,
research, and entrepreneurship. She began her career with Nestlé India Ltd., leading Six Sigma
DMAIC projects, and later held quality and process roles at MG Dairy and Cognus
Technologies before moving into academics and training.
She has academic exposure at the Indian Institute of Management-Udaipur (Faculty
Development Program). She has mentored and taught 7500+ students across premier
institutions such as the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, Parul University, Vadodara,
Sri Balaji University, Pune, Faculty of Management Studies, MLSU, Udaipur, various colleges
of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, and other organizations of
repute. Her expertise spans resume building, group discussions, interview workshops and
marketing domain, enabling students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and
industry application.
Nominated as a District Level Trainer under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries,
Government of India, she is regularly invited as a panelist, resource person, and trainer by
organizations including MOFPI, PM-FME, ICSSR, RUSA, and IDP-NAHEP. Dr. Nagori is
also a regularly invited speaker at newspaper-led forums and public discussions, contributing
insights on entrepreneurship, education, and policy.
In addition to her academic and training pursuits, she is the Co-founder & Director of Rovers
Network, a revenue management company, reflecting her entrepreneurial vision and ability to
build value-driven organizations.
