Answer is both a and b.
Reading:
One is bonding character of co , no+, n2 is almost same.ie .both having pi back bonding. But n2 is not polar and has strong pi back bond since bond order is purely 3. In CO and no+ bond order not exactly 3. Even no+ has linear or bent geometry based on hybridization.
Another reason is each having 14 electron
