Can I be a part time Home tutor? I love teaching and can dedicate 3 hours on weekends for 4th standard to 8th standard students.

You can but the problem is for school students parents don't prefer weekends. They need regular classes mostly in the evening times. If you could dedicate your time in the evening it can be very much possible.
