I am a final-year Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences (BNYS) student with a strong academic foundation and practical experience in therapeutic and traditional yoga practices. My training combines scientific understanding of the human body with classical yogic principles, allowing me to deliver safe, structured, and result-oriented sessions.
I specialize in prenatal yoga and have experience conducting online yoga sessions tailored to different needs and age groups. My prenatal yoga sessions focus on improving flexibility, reducing pregnancy-related discomfort, enhancing breathing techniques, and promoting mental relaxation in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition to prenatal yoga, I provide comprehensive yoga training that includes:
